We offer in-person and virtual opportunities to learn and grow together through the lens of Restorative Practices. A training designed to equip educators and staff with restorative justice practices that foster stronger relationships, repair harm, and build inclusive learning environments where all students feel respected, supported, and engaged.
A training that introduces staff to restorative justice practices as tools for strengthening trust, addressing conflict constructively, and cultivating a collaborative, respectful workplace culture where every voice is valued.

Restorative pathways in mediation are becoming more prevalent and sought after to resolve conflict in work and academic spaces. Phoebe Smith is an insightful, experienced and highly recommended mediator who specializes in group dynamics, and conflict transformation in the workplace. Our coaching services support executive leaders, team leaders, and division heads in strengthening their leadership through relationship-centered and restorative practices. Phoebe’s leadership coaching is a collaborative thought partnership as leaders apply inquiries, models and strategies to their vision, strengths and group dynamics. With a focus on building inclusive, supportive, and psychologically safe environments, coaching sessions equip leaders to cultivate cultures where collaboration thrives, people feel valued, and a deep sense of belonging drives excellence. Leaders will gain practical strategies to inspire their teams, navigate challenges with empathy, and model the values that create sustainable, high-performing, and human-centered organizations.

We provide coaching and direct services to organization leaders, administrators and team leaders. We meet individuals where they are and guide them toward outcomes that enrich the culture and the community through a needs based professional development series.

This training is designed to help employees and leaders build the skills, awareness, and strategies necessary to create a fair, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Participants will explore how bias and systemic inequities show up in professional settings, learn practical tools for addressing barriers to equity, and practice approaches that foster belonging, respect, and accountability. Through interactive discussions and real-world scenarios, the training equips teams to strengthen collaboration, reduce inequities, and promote a culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
